As everyone liked my bread from the past few days, I decided today to make another recipe again, which I can say is the best bread I have ever made. Maybe because I mixed about 4 kinds of flour. It had about 4 bags of flour in each a little so I combined them.
- 20g yeast
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 250ml milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 60g margarine
- as much flour as it contains
- 1 egg yolk and 3 lbs of milk for oil
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Bread braided in 3:
Make a mayonnaise from yeast, sugar, warm milk and a little flour. Leave it covered with a towel in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
Over the obtained mayonnaise, put the rest of the ingredients, stirring constantly and then add the flour little by little until you get a non-sticky dough.
Leave to rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.
The obtained dough is divided into three and braided, placed in a tray and left to rise in a warm place for about half an hour.
Grease with the mixture of yolk and milk and bake for about 40 minutes.
