I tried Jamila's recipe, it's incredibly good, a great combination!
- Chicken breast
- 4-5 tablespoons of pineapple pieces of compote
- 2-3 tablespoons corn
- 1-2 pickles
- 1 piece of parsnip
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- salt pepper
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken salad with pineapple:
Put the pineapple in a sieve to drain the juice.
The chicken breast is boiled together with the peeled parsnip for 15-20 minutes, after which we cut them into cubes.
Cut the cucumbers into small cubes, mix with the chicken pieces, the drained corn and the pineapple.
Add salt, pepper to taste and mayonnaise.
Mix everything well until smooth.
