Clafoutis with apricots

It is a fine and elegant dessert. It can adapt and use any kind of fruit

  • 500 gr apricots
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr sugar (3 tablespoons)
  • 125 gr white flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • a little salt
  • vanilla sugar or essences
  • powdered sugar (3 tablespoons) for powdering when cold

METHOD OF PREPARATION Clafoutis with apricots:

We wash the apricots and remove the seeds. We slice them and place them directly in the tray. If you do not have a silicone tray then you must grease the tray with butter so that it does not stick.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar and a little salt until the sugar dissolves. Add flour and milk and mix.

We pour this composition over apricots (or other fruits) and put them in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Let the dessert cool, take it out of the pan and dust it with plenty of powdered sugar.

Let cool and serve after about 2 hours.
