I love tarts & # 8230 of any kind, especially those with fruit :). I made them quite often this summer, but now this season when you can't find so many fruits that are exotic, I wanted to try a different tart, with sweet cheese. Here is the recipe, stating that the source of inspiration was Kitchen Secrets.
40 g sugar
70 g butter
140 g flour
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
750 g of cottage cheese
70 ml oil
500 ml of milk
1 1/2 sachet vanilla pudding or whipped cream
grated peel of a lemon
For the lid:
30 g of sugar
30 g butter
50 g flour
1 tablespoon cocoa
Knead a dough from the ingredients for the countertop, wrap it in foil and leave it to cool for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Spread a sheet of dough and place it in a tray lined with baking paper (diameter 26 cm). Bake for about 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the cream for a few minutes. The result will be a fluid composition that we pour over the baking tray.
Put the tart in the oven for 60 minutes. When there are a few minutes left, mix the ingredients for the flakes, take out the tart and sprinkle them on top, so that the tart is completely covered. Put the tart in the oven for another 45 minutes. Leave in the form until it cools well (it is a little soft when you take it out but after it cools it hardens). Powder with sugar before serving. It is fragrant and very tasty, I hope you try the recipe. I also have other tart recipes that I will try / post because as I said I like tarts :)

I celebrated Anamaria Nyeki . In Arad, few people do not know Ana. Ana is everywhere. Ana, outrageous young and pretty, has been involved for many years in many activities involving assisting people in need, collecting aid, supporting and promoting people with disabilities, those with Down syndrome and autism. Ana is always surrounded by children and volunteers with whom she makes a wonderful team at the Citadel of Volunteers. A multitude of events are related to its name and the name of the Volunteer Fortress. We collaborated with her in all the charitable actions we had at the Integra & # 8211 Association of People with Mental Disabilities and she helped us all the time without any comment. After I briefly explained the event, he only said & # 8222where and when? & # 8221.
Ana is everywhere, Ana smiles, Ana loves children and children love her. She is extremely creative and soulful. Her name is associated with a multitude of humanitarian and charitable activities, & # 8222Reduce her chance to go to school & # 8221, & # 8222Baby Basket & # 8221, volunteer work in pediatric wards for abandoned children and orphanages, awareness activities for autism, Down syndrome, marking the world days of autism, rare diseases, activities to support children in learning the rules of the road & # 8230 and I could insert here a page of events only in the last two years. Ana doesn't miss a thing.
Ana has a good team, both at the management of the association and the volunteers (from 10 to 50 years old), all involved with a lot of soul, from small to large in the activities of the association. I admire these people who take their free time to help others without pretending to receive anything in return. However, their work is extremely appreciated and the children's hugs and smiles cannot be evaluated in money, nor their soul satisfaction. Respect VOLUNTEERS!
Ana also organized & # 8222Cofetaria Cetatii & # 8221 where we participated in raising funds for the Integra Association, Ana also helped us at bazaar organized at Integra in 2014 and 2015, but I collaborated extremely well at many other events.
I celebrated Ana yesterday and I couldn't help but bring "something sweet" to this event. I made a cheesecake with peaches, from which the children can eat. I'm glad I was able to be with you, Ana, on this special day!
Fruit tart & # 8211 my favorite! Fluffy countertop, flavored cream and delicious fruit & # 8211 an extremely good dessert!
