Apple cake

To start, grease the pan with butter, put the sugar and bake for a few minutes until the sugar caramelizes a little.

Meanwhile, wash and peel the apples, cut them into slices.

Take out the tray and put the apple slices over the caramel made of sugar and put it back in the oven until we prepare the top

Separate the egg whites from the yolk, mix with a pinch of salt until it doubles in volume, add the sugar in the rain, the yolks one by one, the oil, the water, the flour and the baking powder and the essences, mix well.

We take out the tray again, the blackberries are baked a little, and we pour the resulting composition over them and put them in the oven for another 20 minutes.

It's ready when it starts to take off.

We do the toothpick test.

Let it cool a bit and turn over on a plate (apples will be on top and the countertop underneath)

After it has cooled, garnish with whipped cream.
