RECIPE PREPARATION Beef broth with baked vegetables:

First we clean the vegetables, we cut the onion into scales, the carrot and the sliced ​​parsnip, the pepper into suitable slices. Put a pan on the fire, let it heat up, add oil, not much, add the prepared vegetables, cook them for about 10 minutes, then place them in a yena bowl. Over the hardened vegetables we add the potato slices. We wash the brush slices, we dry them with a napkin. Separately mix a little flour with salt, pepper and thyme, roll the rolls in flour and then put them in the pan and brown them on both sides. When they are browned, take them out and place them on the bed of vegetables, pour the wine and water, cover the bowl with baking paper. put the dish in the preheated oven, about 30 minutes on high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and leave in the oven for 2 hours. After two hours, add the chopped garlic and tomatoes with canned peppers. Cover again with baking paper and leave for another 20 minutes, then remove the baking paper and leave for another 20 minutes in the oven.
