Put the water with the butter, salt and sugar on the fire, when they boil, add the flour and mix until it comes off the bowl. Leave to cool. CREAM 1

150 ml of milk are put on the fire with sugar and rum essence. Dissolve the starch and cocoa in a bowl with 50 ml of milk. When the milk boils on the fire, pour the starch and mix until it thickens and leaves to cool. Whip the cream and mix with the cold cream.

CREAM 2

Whip the cream.

GLAZE:

Put the chocolate and whipped cream on the fire until smooth.

Cut the weights in half, add the chocolate cream, whipped cream, lid and glaze.
